Inspired Cuisine at Eat Route

As part of our food walk, we stopped by at Hor Al Anz to try out the inspired cuisine of Eat Route. 

Eat Route has been around for a while and they have an outlet in sharjah which was their first restaurant. Now since a few months, they started here at Al Yasmeen building near the Abu Hail Metro station.

Zubin from Zubinology told us that Dubai's best broast chicken is available here. So, decided that we would try that out. 

We started off with their arabic shewarma. Really liked it . 4/5 for that. It was creamy, yummy and even the pickles they used tasted so good.

Then we went on to try their milk shakes and mojitos. All kick ass kind and enjoyed every drink i tried and i believe i tried at least eight or ten different drinks. All standout quality.

Then we tried their french fries with chicken and cheese. Very filling it was. We also tried their burgers which again were good quality stuff. The highlight of the food tasting for me was the broast chicken. I have never tasted such good broast chicken in any mallu run cafeteria ever before. Hands down it is the best broast chicken in Dubai, no doubt.

I am so happy to have found this place which is hardly ten minutes from my home. Out of doubt i will be visiting the store again with my friends. 

Overall 5/5 for the tantalizing fare, service and value.

A Bong Affair at Dil Se Desi, Bur Dubai

Bengal is home to one of the most diverse and unique cuisines in the whole of India and no two Bengali dishes are alike. Zou Zou at La Mer, Dubai

After my recent visit to Gunaydin – which in my opinion is the best Turkish restaurant in Dubai, my expectations from any Turkish restaurants have risen to all time high. When I got invited from Zou Zou – the Turkish Lebanese restaurant at La Mer, I was all in for it, to try and compare. I visited Zou Zou last week with a very dear friend who is also a big foodie like me and a lover of all things Turkish. So needless to say, we went there with lots of expectations and a hungry tummy of course. I must mention that Zou Zou didn’t disappoint. First off I have to remark about the service. It was pleasant, warm and quick.
