RAW Coffee Company Brings Homey NZ Menu to Their Café

RAW Coffee Company has taken over their kitchen and are bringing a newly crafted menu, by owners Kim Thompson and Matt Toogood, in collaboration with the Michael Angelo Bansag former chef of Westin Mina Siyahi.

Chef Michael and his team have collaborated with RAW owners Matt & Kim, to personalize the new menu with dishes that incorporate his experience in Asian and South American specialties, while creating new dishes sourcing New Zealand ingredients and following authentic old school family recipes.

The new menu offers an all-day breakfast, typical New Zealand style café food, in a relaxed family friendly ambiance. The company is working with great suppliers and is sourcing fresh produce, local where possible. With high quality meats from New Zealand, fresh local fish and local corn-fed chicken, the café also includes items on the menu that are derived from the owner’s New Zealand heritage such as real eggs benedict, old fashioned milkshakes made with ice cream and all natural ingredients, everyone’s favorite avocado on toast, traditional beer (Non-Alcoholic) battered fish and chips, Kiwi style savory pies, and their families old recipes of cakes and slices that go beautifully with coffee.

RAW is also extending their support to fellow business owners with great quality products, such as sourdough breads and pastries from Birch Café, artisan gelato from Canvas Gelato and a variety of products from Avantcha tea.

Combining NZ’s number one core export ingredients with UAE’s fresh local produce, RAW Coffee Company is bringing a ‘homey-feel’ to their menu. Available now at their café located in Al Quoz, RAW Coffee Company is welcoming customers for a hearty NZ dining experience.
