Lead2Succeed Helps Bring Value to Young Leaders in the UAE
With the aim to plant strong leadership skills in the UAE’s
business community, the First International Business (TFIB) hosted their first
ever event Lead2Succeed, at Conrad Hotel - Dubai on the 7th. The event’s
objective was to help inspire and bring value to young leaders in the UAE. The
prestigious conference, hosted New York Times best-selling author, John C.
Maxwell along with Emirati author and entrepreneur, Omar Al Busaidy, and Maria
da Conceiçao, founder of Maria Cristina Foundation.
Over 100 participants from the public and media were present
where they got the opportunity to meet the speakers along with a variety of
activities and challenges. They learnt and got inspired by each one of the
speakers’ story.
The aim of Lead2Succeed is to help people understand how
they can contribute to their own success as well as the people around them
through leadership. It is important for the younger generation to understand
there is always potential to grow and to learn.
Commenting on the event, Mrs. Lurdes Eusébio, CEO of TFIB
and Lead2Succeed said, “To bring John C. Maxwell to the UAE has been a dream
come true. I believe the leaders in this country are keen to absorb knowledge
and everything that will contribute to the progress and success of the UAE.”
Lead2Succeed was made possible through the support of event
sponsors Kinokuniya bookstore, along with GCC Business Council, Sharjah Tatweer
Forum, Dfunktional, and Spread Communications amongst others.
