Urban Picnic Brunch Launches ‘Best of the Brits’
Vida Downtown announces a quintessionally British edition of its ‘Picnic Around the World’
With a first stop in France, the Urban Picnic had explored the
picturesque sea-side towns in the South of France from Vida Downtown, and the
next stop will whisk you straight to the bustling streets of London. Adding a
Vida twist, guests will be presented with an oyster card and a metro map-
trailing their way to different live food and drinks Tube stations. With no
fears of impending rain, guests can enjoy an exquisite spread of Britain’s
finest classical recipes.
A quintessionally British picnic menu will offer Vida Downtown’s take on
a tasty assortment of delicate finger sandwiches, and freshly baked scones for
your picnic basket. Along with an array of appetizers to select from, the mains
include classics like fish and chips, and hearty roasts, that are served
directly on the table. Complete with London’s favourite desserts and brews, the
brunch will serve Sticky Toffee Pudding, Lemon Drizzle cake, sweeping mixes of
spices and citrus with “English-style” lemonades, botanical concoctions and
plenty more.
Come aboard on Vida Downtown’s Tube and reminisce the British summers
while enjoying a fine feast under the cooling sun and crisp white cabanas by
the pool. The second edition of Urban Picnic Brunch’s ‘Picnic Around the World’
theme will be available until the end of October.
