The Maldives’ First-Ever Jumping Fitness Class Debuts at The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort

The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort has launched the innovative Jumping Fitness class at its ultra-luxury wellness facility.

A first in the Maldives, Jumping Fitness is a dynamic training system conducted on specially developed trampolines. Hosted in Vommuli House amongst the tropical gardens, the programme is based on a combination of fast and slow jumps, dynamic sprints and power elements in combination with balancing for the perfect cardio exercise.





Training on the trampolines enhances the strengthening of muscles throughout the body and promotes healthy weight loss. Participants can enjoy an effective workout that targets the whole body, keeping the holiday damage to a minimum. The St. Regis Maldives offer complimentary group classes every Wednesday and Sunday and private classes are available at $100++ per person for a 45-minute class.



With wellness and relaxation being one of the key components of the St. Regis Maldives, the resort ensures guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay.
