Shrimpy truly shrimpilicious

Been meaning to visit Shrimpy for a long time now and today incidentally I was at Dubai mall with a blogger friend of mine and decided to try it.

We were welcomed by the outlet incharge Jonalyn. She was hospitable and kind. She suggested some of the top sellers and popularly ordered menu items. So going by her recommendation we tried Mix Grill, Shrimpy cone, Shrimpy fries.

Mix grill had a nice mix of few pieces of fish and grilled shrimp.  It tasted scrumptious. Then we tried their cone, which had about ten pieces of fried shrimps, which were crunchy and nice to eat. Perfect while watching a movie or with drinks actually.  Finally shrimpy fries was a nice treat to the tastebuds as it was very unique and different from anything we tried before.

I highly recommend to try this brand. Prices are really reasonable and you can enjoy a nice and quick meal here. Service is very fast and nice.

Zou Zou at La Mer, Dubai

After my recent visit to Gunaydin – which in my opinion is the best Turkish restaurant in Dubai, my expectations from any Turkish restaurants have risen to all time high. When I got invited from Zou Zou – the Turkish Lebanese restaurant at La Mer, I was all in for it, to try and compare. I visited Zou Zou last week with a very dear friend who is also a big foodie like me and a lover of all things Turkish. So needless to say, we went there with lots of expectations and a hungry tummy of course. I must mention that Zou Zou didn’t disappoint. First off I have to remark about the service. It was pleasant, warm and quick.
