Are you feeling Kebabish today? Then this is where you need to go!

After hearing positive reviews about Kebabish from a few friends, me and my dining partner decided to check it last week. We were treated to some delicious Indian meat preparations, kebabs and grills.

Kebabish has been around in business for two years now and very popular in the food delivery scene in Business Bay where it is located. A simple and unassuming place with a delicious array of food and juices, Kebabish is a nice option for those that live around the Bay side of town.

According to Prajith the Owner of Kebabish, the delivery side of the business has been their forte ever since they launched, with a lot of working professionals around the region ordering on a daily basis. The restaurant is especially popular among Indian professionals that work in close-by towers as well as the visitors of the M Hotel tower.

The Food.

On arrival we were treated to a bowl of hot and spicy vegetable soup. A perfect treat for the cold winters night, it was bursting with flavours.


































The Main course

Mixed Platter
Roti
Dal Makhani
Paneer Lababdar
Mutton Biryani

Mix Platter had lamp chops, mutton and chicken kebabs. The food was very tempting to look at and it tasted as amazing as it looked. The quality of meat used was fresh and it was very well seasoned to bring out the unique flavours.




My dining partner went for Indian breads sided by delicious Paneer Lababdar and Dal Makhani

The Dal Makhani was creamy and delicious. The consistency of the curry was pretty even and rich with lots of butter. It tasted delectable



The Paneer Lababdar was equally delicious. The Paneer tasted fresh and it was so soft that it melted in the mouth. The curry added depth and texture to the dish, overall.



The Mutton Biryani was extremely delicious bring out the real flavour and aroma of mutton and the unique indian spices. The rice had lots and lots of mutton pieces in it and the mutton certainly tasted quite lip-smacking, luscious and chewy. Definitely one of my favourite mutton biraynis in town.

We washed it all down with some lemon soda.

Verdict
Kebabish is total value for money restaurant offering an incredible array of delicious Indian dishes. The restaurant is pretty rustic with brick-finished walls, ceramic art, artefacts, vases and a nice and clean milieu. The service is fast and good and if you want to enjoy authentic indian food at a reasonable cost, then Kebabish is your best bet.

Zou Zou at La Mer, Dubai

After my recent visit to Gunaydin – which in my opinion is the best Turkish restaurant in Dubai, my expectations from any Turkish restaurants have risen to all time high. When I got invited from Zou Zou – the Turkish Lebanese restaurant at La Mer, I was all in for it, to try and compare. I visited Zou Zou last week with a very dear friend who is also a big foodie like me and a lover of all things Turkish.
