Panasonic’s Drone shaped BalloonCam hogs limelight at the Tech Week

BalloonCam Entertainment
GITEX Technology Week has been a proving ground for technological innovation like 3D printing, virtual reality, and drones and this year it has even set a guiness world record for the most number of participants riding in a virtual reality roller coaster.
At the backdrop of the tech week this year, Panasonic showcased its BalloonCam entertainment – a drone-shaped balloon, for the first time outside of Japan. The BalloonCam can enhance fan and visitor experiences by safely hovering over areas and projecting live video and images. The balloon encased camera enables the drone to produce hi-res videos and relay them using a projector and LEDs and allows for high-flying footage of fans and visitors.
The BalloonCam is definitely a technology that will pave way for a new level of advertising and engagement at events and concerts.
